At Futuretense, we stand behind the quality of our premium luxury footwear and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
• Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, dust bags, and tags must be included and intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
• Footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors on clean surfaces. Any signs of wear, scuffs, or marks will void the return.
• Handbags & Accessories: Items must be in original packaging with all protective materials intact.

Return Process

Follow these steps to return your item:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within the 7-day return window.
2. Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return.
3. Await Approval: Our team will review and approve your return request.
4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address.
5. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item for quality and authenticity.
6. Refund/Exchange: After approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• International Returns: For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style changes, subject to stock availability:

• Size Exchanges: If your shoes don't fit, we'll exchange them for the correct size.
• Style Exchanges: You can exchange for a different style of equal or greater value.
• Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
• Customized or personalized items
• Items returned outside the 7-day return window
• Final sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage or defect for our quality team.
• We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
• Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Futuretense.
